The Y7’s have been practising their knife skills, cutting carrots into Carre, Parmentier, Macedonia, Brunoise, Fine Brunoise, Baton, Batonnnet, Jardiniere, Juliennie and Fine Julienne. They then used this to make a carrot soup.


They then continued to develop these skills by making fruit kebabs and vegetable kebabs.
